When purchasing through Nemi Project website your financial details are passed securely via Stripe online payment system. We also accept payment from all major credit cards via Paypal and direct debit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive details for these alternative payment methods. We are not responsible for any credit card fees your bank may charge, or any other extra charges incurred at the receivers end. If by some error the item you purchased has sold out we offer immediate refund or exchange. All prices indicated and payments made on this sight are in Australian Dollar currency.
Once we receive your order you will be sent a confirmation email with a reference number. After your order has been processed we endeavour to ship your item/s within the next 2-3 working days. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping due we will notify you on estimated dispatch date. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been posted. We use Australia Post for all national and international shipping. If you would like to request alternative shipment please enquire at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are not liable for any goods lost in transit. We do not ship to P.O Boxes and we are unable to reroute packages so please double check your shipping and billing address.
Nemi Project offers free shipping within Australia for purchases over $100. For purchases under $100 a flat rate of $10 for postage will be charged.
We ship internationally, with a flat rate of $30 plus and extra $5 per item on top of this. International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes when your package reaches your country. We are unable to estimate the possible charges your package could incur as they are imposed by your local customs. Shipping internationally is estimated to arrive within 7-14 days however it can take up to three weeks depending on location.
If you are local to Sydney you are able to collect your purchase free of charge from our head office in Glebe, Sydney. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange time and date for pick-up and to confirm address.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not return or refund if you change your mind so please select your item carefully. We offer refund or exchange for any full price item if faulty upon arrival and if we receive notification of this fault within 1 week of the dispatch date for Australia wide sales and within 2 weeks of the dispatch date for international sales. Please email us with description of the fault along with a photo and the original order number/ proof of purchase and full name. We will then send you a confirmation email with a return authorisation number. Action for returns will not be made until the item arrives back in our office in their original condition. We do not pay for return/exchange postage fees.
It is important for customers to expect slight variations in products due to the unique hand-made nature of the items. All products are quality checked prior to shipment. Items should be worn with care, the standard wear and tear of an item over time is not considered a fault.
Nemi Project is dedicated to keeping your details private. All information is kept strictly confidential. Your personal identification details submitted will be used solely to fulfil your orders, process your transactions, respond to your requests and provide you with our newsletters and updates (unless you cancel subscription we may send you promotional material).
All images used on this sight are copyrighted to Nemi Project and unauthorised use is prohibited.
We recommend following standard leather care guidelines, polishing huaraches when needed.
